Shaun Waterman is an award-winning journalist with Newsweek's new enterprise team, where he provides original reporting on cybersecurity and other emerging technological threats. He has previously worked for the BBC, UPI, POLITICO and The Washington Times. He launched two of Washington's best regarded daily cyber newsletters: POLITICO Pro's Morning Cybersecurity and Scoop News Group's CyberScoop. He is a two-time recipient of the SPJ's Dateline Washignton award, honoring the best reporting in the nation's capital. Shaun, an Englishman by birth, lives in Washington, DC with his wife and three American sons.
