All attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Attendance as a general attendee at this event is typically reserved for contractors, engineers, analysts, business and program managers, as well as cyber and satellite industry professionals. Federal Government & Uniformed Military must register with a valid .gov or .mil email address. CyberSatCom’s Classified Day requires proof of valid TS//SI/TK clearance or TS clearance; dependent on registration. Should your registration not meet the requirements of this policy, you will be notified via email and contacted by a member of our team regarding altering or canceling your registration. Please be prepared to show identification when picking up your badge.
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Tracy Le . Cancellations made before April 12, 2020 will be subject to a $300 cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after April 12, 2020. Non-payment of non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Discounts cannot be applied to current registrations.

Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made at any time for the confirmed registrants of CyberSatCom 2020; however printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the event.
